Return Policy

Free returns are available within 30 days of purchase.

*NOTE: Free Returns are ONLY available for customers who live in the USA or CANADA. Not every request will be accepted. 

 

Court Candy offers free returns for customers in the USA and CANADA within 30 days of the purchase date. If a customer wishes to return an item after the 30 day period has expired, they will not receive a refund and may do so at their own expense. This means that Court Candy will not refund the item(s) or assist in the return process, and is not liable to cover any charges.

 

Each request will undergo a review process. It is Court Candy’s decision whether or not each request is accepted or denied. Not every request will be accepted.

 

HOW TO SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST:

  • Step 1: Locate the Customer Account section
    • For desktop users this is located in the top right corner of the webpage (user/profile icon).
    • For mobile users it is located at the bottom of the drop down menu found in the top left corner of the webpage (user/profile icon - "Account").
  • Step 2: Login to or create your customer profile
    • If creating a new account, use the same email you used to place your past orders (this will allow you to access your order history)
  • Step 3: Locate the order you wish to request a return for and select “Request return”
  • Step 4: Select the item you wish to return. If your order was only the one item, you may proceed to step 5
  • Step 5: Select reason for return from the drop down menu
  • Step 6: Explain your reasoning/why you are requesting the return
    • This is highly recommended and will increase your chances of having your request accepted.
  • Step 7: Click “Request return” to submit your request
